1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 cup diced Potato, raw340.0 Grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen3.5 cup Creamed Corn4.0 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free10.0 serving Bacon (Farmland Low Sodium) 2 slices0.5 tsp Thyme, ground1.0 tsp Parsley, dried1.0 tsp Garlic powder24.0 tbsp Carnation Evaporated Milk Vitamin D added (canned milk)24.3 Grams Cornstarch3.0 tbsp Butter, salted
Place everything except for the evaporated milk corn starch and butter into the slow cooker and just enough water or chicken stock to cover ingredients cook on High 5 hours or low 7-8 hours until vegetables are softened combine cornstarch and evaporated milk stir into slow cooker along with the butter 30 minutes before serving
