4 oz Simple Truth Organic Greek Yogurt- Plain (by DANAGIRL23) .5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 2 cup Simple Truth Unsweetened Almond Milk (1 cup = 8 oz) 2 tbsp Hemp Protein Powder (by MARCUS0000) 1 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber (peeled) 1 cup Earthbound Farm Organic Power Greens 1.5 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh 1.5 cup Water bottle w/ filtered water 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 Peaches, fresh 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
Blend - I use Stevia to sweeten, and it does not add WW points, but if you add another sweetener, add those points independently.
