Indian-spiced cauliflower

Ingredients
6 cup Cauliflower, raw 2 tbsp Turmeric, ground 0.5 tsp Cloves, ground 2 tbs skim milk3 cups low sodium chicken or veggie broth (drained later, not added to calorie count)
Directions
Break up cauliflower into small florets, put in pot and cover with chicken broth. Boil until soft, approx 20 mins, then drain broth (can save to make veggie soup!) and mash up cauliflower with 2 tbs of skim milk. Add spices, can adjust to taste, we prefer nice and spicy! Add as a side dish to any curry . Serving size: 1 cup Makes 4 cups
