.25 cup Granulated Sugar .5 cup Cider Vinegar.5 cup water1/4 tsp celery seed 2 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh 1 medium Carrots, raw .25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
combine, vinegar, sugar, water and celery seed in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar. I have made this without boiling and it is just fine. let cool and pour over the shredded cabbage , carrots and bell pepper. If your family likes onions, you can add half a thinly sliced onion. place in zip-top freezer bags and freeze 3 days. thaw each bag as you need the slaw. Will keep 6 months.
