3 Large egg whites1/4 tsp Cream Of Tartar 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar 100 Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels
Preheat over to 225 degrees. In electric mixer, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy. Add sugar gradually, turning mixer speed to high. Whip until stiff peaks form, 5 to 8 minutes. Pipe swirls onto parchment-paper lines cookie sheets and then insert two chocolate chips backwards into swirls for eyes.
Bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours until dry. Let cook completely on cookie sheets.
