4 tbsp chia seed, ground4 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder 2 cups Almond Flour 1/2 cup Unflavoured Whey Isolate Protein Powder 90% 1 level Tbsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp red pepper flakes1/4 tsp dried garlic flakes1/4 tsp dried parsley flakes1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 cups warm water
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all but the water together then pour in water & mix well.
Pour into a silicone pan (about 9x9") .. let rest for 10 minutes.
Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool.
