2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GFERBER) .5 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Xanthan Gum (Thickener) 1 tbsp serving (by ADDICTED2DONUTS) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 100 gram(s) VitaFiber Prebiotic Fiber syrup or powder (1 tsp) (by KD_503) 3 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 2 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Allspice 1 tsp Cloves, ground 2 tbsp Ginger, ground
melt butter, add eggs, mix.
mix all dry ingredients together, before mixing into wet ingredients.
spoon into greased muffin cups.
bake at 350 for 16-19 minutes.
let rest in muffin tin for ten minutes, covered with towel
