Singapore Nyonya Chicken Curry

Ingredients
4 tbsp Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Singapore Chicken Curry Nyonya 4 servings=1 pkg 20 oz meijer chicken drumsticks 2 tbsp Smart Balance Blend of vegetables oils (Soybean, Canola & Olive) 2 cups (400ml) A Taste of Thai Coconut Milk (Unsweetened/First Pressing) 1/3 cup
Directions
Heat oil in saucepan on medium-low heat. Add Spice Paste and stir fry for 1/2 minute.

Add chicken (and 2 cubed potatoes if you like.) Stir fry for 3 minutes. Add coconut milk and bring to boil.

Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until cooked. Serve hot with rice or bread.
