White bean veggie chicken chili

Ingredients
2.0 cup, grated Carrots, raw4.0 cup Kroger Clear Chicken Broth5.0 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz2.0 cup frozon peppers & onions3.5 cup kroger great northern beans1.0 cup Kroger frozen corn
Directions
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Place in pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and cook until almost done. Place in Crock-Pot. Drain and rinse beans and add to crock pot. add all other ingredients to crock pot . stir. Set Crock-Pot to low and cook 6 to 8 hours or High 2-3 hours. Serve with cilantro, sour cream, and shredded cheese if desired. To add spice sprinkle with red pepper flakes for ground red pepper or add jalapenos Serving Size: Makes ten 1 c servings
