Spicy pumpkin raisin muffins

Ingredients
2 cup Carbquik (by FIT_ARTIST) 4 tbsp Stevia Blend for Baking (by AUDMKAMP) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.5 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin 0.375 cup Libby’s 100% pure canned pumpkin .25 cup Fat free half and half .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 cup (not packed) Raisins
Directions
Soak reasons in hot water to plump.
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Grease bottoms only of 9 regular-size muffin cups, or place paper baking cup in each muffin cup.

2. Stir all ingredients until moistened. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full.

3. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan.
