1.5 cup Pumpkin seeds 16 grams Butter, unsalted 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1. Preheat oven to 150 C
2. Wash and dry pumpkin seeds
3. Melt butter and add to dried pumpkin, mix until evenly coated
4. Add cinnamon and salt to taste, mix until evenly coated
5. Spread seeds evenly on a baking tray. I line mine with parchment paper
6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown, mixing several times to ensure even baking
