Watermelon, smoked turkey breast and parsley.
Roll the meat around the chilled watermelon and decorate with a small píece of parsley. If you are making a large plate; use a round plate and place the parsley in the middle, then the turkey roll around and finaly if you have more watermelon make an outer ring with small pieces. That looks really great.
