Sauteed Snow Peas and Peppers

Ingredients
2 1tsp Sesame Oil 2.5 cup Snow Peas, fresh 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 0.25 tsp Salt 0.15 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tsp. Sesame oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add snow peas and peppers; sauce for 4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Drizzle with remaining oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serving Size: 4 servings
