Ingredients
2.0 serving Egg Hard Boiled (1 serving = 1 large egg boiled)1.5 tbsp Kraft miracle whip regular1.0 dash Pepper, black0.25 tbsp Parsley, dried
Directions
Boil eggs till floating, pull shell off, pull yolk out, mix with miracle whip (can use mayo for less calories), parsley and black pepper , ( 1oz onion is optional for additional 12 calories). spoon into egg whites.
