16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean .5 cup Salsa 392 grams Zucchini 2 clove Garlic 1 tsp Ground Cumin .5 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Oregeno (by CHALIGAL155)
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut Zucchini lengthwise and scoop out the center to form a boat.
2. Chop up the inside of the Zucchini and sauté with minced garlic, add turkey and sauté until brown.
3. Mix in spices and salsa.
4. Scoop in the mixture into the Zucchini boats
5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
