6 oz Water, hot 2 oz Water, cold 2 tbsp Beef Gelatin Powder 1/2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil 1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
Heat 6 oz of water to boiling / steaming.
While the water is heating, add the 2 oz of cold water into a mug, and then mix in the beef gelatin powder.
Add the hot water and the remaining ingredients to the gelatin mixture. Stir thoroughly.
Drink, enjoy! Go out and be fierce!
