Randi's Special Hot Wings

Ingredients

20 chicken wings, cut in half, tips removed2 tbsp butter1/4 cup cider vinegar1 cup hot sauce1 cup flour
Heat oven to 375.
Cut chicken wings in half and discard tips
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray
Dredge chicken in flour and place on cookie sheet
Put cookie sheet in oven for 30 minutes
At 25 minute mark, pour hot sauce in small sauce pan
Put pan on medium heat
Add butter and vinegar to hot sauce
When butter is melted, lower flame to low heat
At 30 minutes, remove chicken from oven
Dip each piece in sauce and put back on sheet
Put chicken back in oven for 5 minutes
When chicken is done, place on platter
Pour remaining sauce on chicken and enjoy!
Makes 4 servings of 10 wings each.
