4 fl oz Water, tap .25 cup Turmeric, ground 2 cup SO Delicious® Coconut Milk, unsweetened,1 tsp Coconut Oil 1 tsp Ginger Root 4-6 Peppercorns 1 T Honey (raw, organic)0.50 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Turmeric Paste:
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup (4 Tblsp) Turmeric
Add both ingredients to a small sauce pan. Stir over gentle heat for 7-10 minutes. If the paste gets too thick, add a little water.
Pour the paste into a small Ball jar, Cover and store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Golden Milk:
2 cups Coconut milk
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Coconut oil
1 tsp. Turmeric paste
1 tsp. Chopped ginger
4-6 Peppercorns
(The combination of peppercorn, ginger and fat unlocks the healing properties of the turmeric.)
In medium sauce pot, combine all ingredients.
Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
Strain to remove ginger root and peppercorn.
Add 1 tsp honey (to taste), sprinkle w/cinnamon.
Serve.
Enjoy and get a great night's sleep!!
