672.0 Grams Mushrooms, fresh12.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup4.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk1.0 tsp Salt2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Sautee mushrooms in butter. Beat together eggs and milk. Stir in cheese and cooked mushrooms. Bake in a 400 degrees oven until brown.
