Ingredients
300 grams Potato, raw 3 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Parsley 0.13 cup Milk, 1% .667 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.25 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC) .5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Boil potatoes with the skin on in salted water until tender. Finely chop parsley and garlic. Drain potatoes reserving 2 T of the cooking water. Add garlic and parsley and coarsely mash the potatoes. Add water, water and olive oil and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
