Orange and Date muffins

Ingredients
*2 large eggs. *1/3 cup brown sugar. *1 cup non-fat milk .*1 cup low-fat yoghurt.*2 whole orange (skins as well) pureed.*8 dates. (chopped)*3 cups wholemeal flour*1 tsp baking soda *2 tsp ground cinnamon*3 rounded tsp baking powderTopping: Cinnamon and brown sugarI also substitute the oranges for 1 can of unsweetened pineapple (drained) ans omit the cinnamon..
Directions
Pre heat oven to 200 o C.
Beat eggs and brown sugar together. Add milk yoghurt, orange puree and dates, then fold in dry ingredients.
Spoon into muffin tins , then sprinkle with topping. Bake at 200 o C. for 15-20-minutes

Makes 12 large or 24 small muffins
