David's Guacamole

Ingredients
2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 3 tbsp Salsa 1 dash Salt 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 0.5 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
Directions
Remove Avocado flesh from skins. Mash to just a little junky consistency with a fork. Add Greek Yogurt and salsa. Mix well with the fork. Add lime juice and mix again. Add salt to taste.
