Scrambled eggs with ham and swiss

Ingredients
3.0 large Scrambled Egg0.5 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat)0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese
Directions
Put all ingredients but eggs and cheese, into skillet on medium high heat cook till onions become translucent. Scramble eggs season to taste and add to skillet. When eggs sre done add cheese. Serve when cheese has melted
