Chocolate Chip Cookies - Low Carb

8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp Kirkland Almond Butter1/2 cup Erythritol 1 tsp Stevia powdered5 - 8 drops liquid stevia3 large Eggs 1 tsp Baking Powder 3/4 cup Almond Flour1 scoop Progressive VegEssential protein powder 30 gram Dark Chocolate Chips (70%)
Preheat over the 350.
Cream together cream cheese, butter and almond butter. I use a hand mixer.
Add sweeteners and vanilla, mix.
Add eggs, mixing well.
Add pinch of salt, baking powder, almond flour and protein powder. Mix well.
Add in chocolate chips and blend.
Cookie on silpat for 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Serving Size: Makes 20 cookies
