Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered3 tbsp butter3/4 Milk, 1%
Directions
Fill the pressure cooker with 1 cup of water.

Place the steamer basket in the pot and add quartered potatoes.

Close the lid. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes, then quick release.

Remove the lid. Mash the potatoes and butter in a medium mixing bowl. Add milk until desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
