Steph2003's Southern Banana Pudding

Ingredients
1 box banana cream sugar free fat free jello puddng (4 servings per box)1 box vanilla sugar free fat free jello pudding (4 servings per box)3.25 cups skim milk2.5 servings plain animal crackers (about 40 cookies)3 extra small banana's (less than 6" long)1 8oz container Free Cool whip.5 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Using 1.5 cups of milk, mix the banana pudding until thick.


Place 1/3 of the animal crackers along bottom of 2 quart dish, drizzle a few drops of milk on each cookie, add layer of sliced bananas, and cover with banana pudding.


Using 1.5 cups milk mix the vanilla pudding. Once thick add 1/2 of the cool whip and the 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, stir until combined.


Layer 1/3 of the animal crackers, drizzle a few drops of milk on each cookie, then add 2nd layer of sliced bananas, cover with 1/2 of the pudding/cool whip mixture, repeat with remaining cookies, sliced bananas, and pudding/cool whip mixture.


Top with remaining cool whip.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 6 servings.
