32 oz Chicken Thigh- baked no skin 1 large Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 1 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root 0.25 cup Tomato Paste 3.5 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat
