Chipotle Chicken wraps

8 tbsp Sour Cream 2 tbsp Salt 4 1tsp Coconut Oil 0.25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 5 clove Garlic 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 24 oz Chicken Breast Tenders; Just Bare Chicken
Saute mushrooms. remove.
then saute onions. bell pepper. garlic and carrots. remove
then saute Chicken that has been marination in chipotle and DOns. Brown well. Toss all together and let sit till for 1 hours.
spread One tablespoon sour cream per wrap or lettuce leaf. top with chicken mix. and pico de gallho if desired.
