Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 head, small (4" dia) Cauliflower, raw0.5 cup Ragu Mushroom Pasta Sauce0.25 cup Sargento Chef Blends - 4 State Cheddar1.0 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 425*. Finely chop 1 head of cauliflower in food processor. Microwave for 5 minutes, let cool, and drain cauliflower of all water with towel/cheese cloth. After cool, mix in 1 egg, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, and a tsp of pizza seasoning. Spray cooking sheet with non stick spray and press mixture onto baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until it starts browning. Remove "crust" from oven, top with sauce and cheese. Bake another 5-10 minutes depending on toppings. *Let cool down for a few minutes before cutting* Serving Size: 1 slice
