Waffles, Almond flour - Paleo

Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3/4 cup Almond Flour 1-1/2 teaspoon Arrowroot Powder1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Salt 1-1/2 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup2 tbsp Coconut milk, full fat 1 tbsp Water (use less or more as needed)
Directions
Put all ingredients except water together in a mixing bowl and beat well with electric mixer. Add as much water as needed for waffle batter consistency (I use about a tablespoon). Bake on waffle iron according to your waffle iron's directions.

Serving Size: Makes one 4-square waffle (about 7" x 7"). 2 squares per serving
