Chicken Rutabaga Hash

Ingredients
1/2 cup onion, chopped2 cups rutabaga, cubed1lb chicken breast, skinlessPoultry seasoning, to taste
Directions
Cut chicken into cubes, season with poultry seasoning, and cook over medium heat until no longer pink. Add rutabaga to the skillet and continue cooking about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add onion, stir, cover and reduce heat to med-low. Cook another 7-10 minutes until rutabaga is tender. Serving Size: Makes 4 good size servings
