Ham, corn, potato chowder

Ingredients
3.33 cup Wegmans Just Picked Tex-Mex Blend 32 oz Smithfield Hardwood Smoked Ham/Center Slice 5.25 tbsp Mrs. Miller's Ham Soup Base (2 TBS dry) 1 tbsp Marjoram, dried 8 cups water5 serving Campbell's Cream of Potato condensed soup 2.5 servings per can 24 tbsp Evaporated Milk, Fat Free Milk Carnation
Directions
Add first 5 ingredients to slow cooker. Add pepper to taste (soup base has plenty of salt). Cook on high for 4-6 hours or until onions are tender. Add cream of potato soup and evaporated milk. Stir well. Cook on high an additional hour.

Serve hot with Hawaiian Sweet Bread or Italian garlic bread.
