Ingredients
6.0 cup Summer Squash, Cooked (sliced) (yellow squash; zucchini; squash, NS as to summer or winter)1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.5 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano1.0 cup Mushrooms, canned
Directions
Dice squash, onions and add can of tomatoes to a large sauce pan. Add garlic and Italian seasonings to taste. Cover and cook on medium until tender. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
