Ingredients
2.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract2.0 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin1.0 cup Applesauce, unsweetened1.0 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Baking Soda0.25 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar28.0 gram Quest Protein Powder - Vanilla Milkshake4.0 serving kodiak cake buttermilk pancake mix2.0 serving kirkland maple syrup
Directions
Optional: place small diced apples in a pan with cinnamon and brown sugar, let the apples absorb the flavor. Preheat oven 350. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix wet in another. Slowly combine together until thoroughly mixed. Spray muffin tin with coconut oil or place muffin liners. Evenly split between 2- 12 muffin pan. Bake for 15-20mins or until can cleanly poke with a toothpick. Serving Size: Makes 24 muffins.
