Ingredients
3.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk1.0 tsp Cumin seed1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Thyme, ground1.0 dash Salt1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 cup Tomato Sauce1.0 tbsp Cilantro, dried4.0 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey1.0 serving Sonic Green Chiles0.5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.0 tsp paprika1.0 tsp chili powder10.0 oz can Dakota black beans10 flour tortillas
Directions
Simmer tomato sauce with diced tomatoes and Chile's. Use all spices. Cook for 45 minutes Sauté onion and bell pepper add ground turkey Brown ground turkey add half cup of water and drained black beans and spices. Cook 30 minutes stir occasionally. Using ten inch tortillas wrap mixture and place in casserole pan. Use what's left over and spread across top,. Pour Left over sauce over filled tortillas. Bake 30 minutes or until cheese is melted Serving Size: 1 enchilada
