3 cup Lentils 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Cook lentils as directed. Sautéed carrots, onions, and celery. Salt pepper to taste. Add to lentils. Salt pepper to taste.
