De and John's Green Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 bunch of organic spinach1 medium apple (galas are good)1 medium banana1 can of organic pineapple slices1 teaspoon flax seed
Directions
Makes around 3 to 4 cup-size servings.
Combine a cup of ice, fruit, flax seed, and add water as necessary to smoothe ingredients. Then add spinach and blend.

    I tried a smoothie similar to this (spinach, banana, apple) that didn't taste well.
    I'll add the pineapple slices to see if that makes it better!
