Whole Wheat pizza dough (homemade)

Ingredients
3 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1.5 tsp Salt 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .17 ounce Yeast, bakers
Directions
Combine dry ingredients and mix.
Add wet ingredients and mix.
Yeast is 2 1/4 tsp

let rise, covered by cloth, for one hour, take half of dough and roll or toss flat on floured (corn meal works well) cutting board. Pre-heat oven and pizza stone to 400 degrees. Top crust as desired and slide onto pizza stone. Bake 12-15 minutes.
