Chicken Italia

Ingredients
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/4 c olive oil2 large potatoes, peeled and diced1/2 large red onion2 large tomatoes, quartered1 1/2 c frozen peas5 Basil leaves1 TB fresh oregano1 TB salt1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Place olive oil, seasonings and chicken breasts in skillet and sautee for 10 minutes or so.

Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT frozen peas. Cover and simmer on low for 20-30 minutes until potatoes are soft.

Add peas and simmer until peas are hot throughout. ENJOY!
