Sweet Potato Souffle (Mom's)

Ingredients
3.0 cup Sweet Potato0.5 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)1.5 cup Great Value - Vitamin D Whole Milk1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.12 tsp Cloves, ground0.5 tsp Ginger, ground0.12 tsp Cardamom, ground0.5 tsp Salt
Directions
Boil the sweet potatoes until soft. Drain and mash in cooking pot. Preheat oven to 350° and stay 8x8 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into 8x8 casserole dish and bake for 50-60 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
