Dijon Grilled Salmon

Ingredients
1 lb salmon (4 - 3oz fillets) 4 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp honey 2 tbsp dijon mustard 3 tbsp tamari (or low-sodium soy sauce) 1/2 tsp dried tarragon pinch red pepper
Directions
Mix together everything but salmon.
Place salmon in glass or other baking dish with sides. Pour half the marinade over the salmon, cover with plastic wrap, and let sit in fridge for minimum 1 hour.
Heat grill pan over medium-high heat and season with cooking spray or olive oil.
Place salmon on grill and cook about 5 minutes on each side, or until you reach desired doneness.

Serve with remaining sauce that's been heated until simmering.
