0.50 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 5.20 tbsp Sour Cream 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 tsp Garlic powder 0.25 tsp Salt 0.33 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium 6 serving Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
preheat oven to 400. mix all dry ingredients (except cheese). in seperate bowl mix all wet ingredients until well combined and smooth consistensy. mix wet into dry until well combined and thick wet dough forms. add cheese. use a muffin pan lined or greased or biscuit pan, or even just cupcake liners on a cookie sheet. bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown on top.
