Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill TVP 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.75 cup Kroger Black Beans 240 gram(s) Kroger Quartered Artichoke Hearts in brine 1 cup Kroger Sliced Bamboo Shoots
Directions
Prepare TVP and water. When ready combine in skillet with olive oil and vegetables. Scramble until cooked through.
