1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 cup Beef stock, home-prepared 16 oz Turkey Stock, Homemade (by SLAPPY1976) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt, Morton (by DJARTIST) 4 tsp Paprika 1 glass (3.5 fl oz) Red Wine 2 tsp Pepper, black 40 oz Beef chuck 1.75 cup Tomato crushed fire roasted- Muir Glen Organic (by MRSMURRAY86)

brown beefin oil, add onion, saute for a bit, deglaze with wine, add seasoning, tomatoes and stocks, pressure cook for 15 +/-, open pot, add carrot, pressure cook for another 15 +/-, adjust seasoning, serve over carb of choice.
