Ham and Cheese Egg Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
12 oz Ham, Hilshire Farms Brown Sugar Ham, Spiral Sliced (by AERODYNAMIC) 8 oz Kraft Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese 3 cup Market Pantry 1% Low Fat Milk 8 oz Egg Noodles, enriched 3 tbsp Butter, salted .25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Cook egg noodles as directed on package. Cube ham, shred cheese, and set aside. Melt butter in sauce pan, add flour to create roux and cook until golden brown. Add hot 1% milk and whisk over medium heat until thickened to desired consistency. Layer noodles, ham and cheese in 2 layers in greased 13x9 dish. Pour white sauce over casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
