Italian Style Turkey Burger

Ingredients
20 oz. of Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey1 egg2 slices of Whole Wheat Bread (Toasted crisp)Italian Seasonings (optional)Fresh Basil (optional)Garlic (optional)Plum Tomato (optional, but only 13 cals for a whole tomato)
Directions
Mix together ground turkey and egg in a large mixing bowl. Toast Bread and crumb. Add crumbs to mixture. Add chopped basil, garlic, and extra seasoning if you want extra flavor (these have almost no negative nutritional values so why not?). Seperate into 8 pattys and cook on low to medium heat until cooked thru.

Stick it on a whole wheat bun and top with tomato or however else you fancy your yummy burger.
