Ingredients
8.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw3.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned48.0 oz Ground beef3.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper3.25 cup tomato puree 29 oz can
Directions
Cook, drain, and rinse ground beef. Add to 5 quart pot. Add chopped veggies, green chilies, tomato puree, salt and pepper and water to ground beef. Add water to pot (I add in enough to bring it about 1/2" from the top of the pot.) Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally (about every half hour or so) Serve on a hearty roll *You can use jalapeņos and add some crushed red pepper to give it more of a kick Serving Size: Makes 18 1/2 cup servings
