Ingredients
1 cup farro (uncooked) 1 cup Kitchen Basics Chicken Stock 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Rinse 1 cup of uncooked faro and place in pot. Cover with 3 cups liquid (water or any combination of stock and water). Bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes. Drain any remaining liquid. Eat as is with a little butter or olive oil or use in soups or add other salad ingredients to the faro.
