Ingredients
Vinaigrette:1 Tbsp. finely chopped shallots3 Tbsp. sherry vinegar1 tsp. Dijon mustard2 Tbsp. EVOO1Tbsp. honeySalad:6 C.Spinach leaves6 C. Mixed greens w/ Herbs2 Asian pears1 Tbsp Almonds, flaked1/2 C. Dried Cranberries
Directions
1. Prepare vinagrette by mixing the ingredients, well.
2. Thinly slice the pears.
3. Layer the salad ingredients in a salad bowl.
4. Add salad dressing, toss and serve.
