Baked Stuff Tomatoes

4 Large whole tomatoes1/2 C dry stuffing mix - preferably stove top or similar2 T lemon juice1 slice swiss cheese cut into quartersS&P
Cut top off of tomatoes. Using a melon baller or a spoon scoop out the insides of the tomatoes and put in a medium bowl. Be careful not to damage the sides of the tomatoe , just scoop out the insides.... Mix the stuffing mix and the lemon juice into the tomatoe insides,.add S&P to taste......stuff mixture back into the tomatoes and top with 1/4 slice of swiss cheese. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes depending on the size of the tomatoes. Serve immediately.
